I am a military spouse, I have had the worst customer service with verizon. First of all, we as a military service member really get treated like crap. Every time we speak to a rep about our billing, we get the run around. My husband goes out to the field alot with his job and me as a spouse tried paying the bill in the store ( because we are on a cash only payment) and couldn't pay it.
However, we paid $800.00 for a deposit for our blkberry storms. Now that my husband and I are getting deployed to Korea for a 3 year tour, they are giving us the run around about terminating the account/ and recieving the deposit back. We are due to ship out Nov 10th,09 and we have a little over 2 wks to finish packing and disconnecting everything before we leave. Verizon wireless is the only people that are giving us trouble. We have out order to ship out and they still give us around. Will someone please help me!
