Hey, I apologize if this topic isn't appropriate for this forum. Hopefully this post doesn't count as an advertising post!
I'm a phD student exploring the social uses of smart phone technology. I'm doing qualitative interviews right now, asking smart phone users about how they use their phones and if the new internet capabilities are changing the way they socialize and communicate. I am always looking for more people to talk to because I hope this research will help me build towards my dissertation. If you're interested in doing a phone interview (or an f2f interview if you live in Raleigh), just reply to this post or email me. Mobiledia won't let me post my email, so hopefully there is some way you can get in contact with me. The interview should take around half an hour, and it should be fun. Plus, you'd be doing me a huge favor and I would really appreciate it!

Actually I've never used iPhone. And I believe I won't use it. iPhone is popular and many of my friends are using. But I think it's not mobile phone and it's more like a thing for entertainment. And usually adult don't choose iPhone for themselves.

Well I'm interested in talking to anyone who has a smart phone of any kind, not just iphones. So if anyone wants to do an interview, email me.

I've had my iPhone over a year and absolutely love it. I got my daughter one for her birthday and she loves it! I think what impressed me most is not the amazing things it does, but the service associated with the product. In fact I was so impressed I junked my old PC and got a Mac.

Hey, great to hear you've enjoyed your iphone so much. I'm still not much of a Mac guy. If you'd be willing to do an interview to help me out, I would really appreciate it. We could do it over the phone or over IM (whichever is easier). If you have time, email me at frithjh at gmail dot com.

This phone is for real! I've seen 50-100 "iphone killers" I think that expression is going to have to be "pre killer" from here on out. We'll see if the limited quantities they're releasing will help or hurt the hype.
