Transferring data from Motorola Phone Tools to Samsung Phone

Here's the story: I have a Motorola A1200 aka the Motoming that i broke.badly. Fell from the 2nd storey of a building.
Sturdy as the thing is, it was still working, although the screen was cracked. So i synced up all my data - contacts, SMS, calendar.everything to my PC using the Motorola Phone Tools.
Now, a few months down the line, i got meself a Samsung Omnia i900. But i am stuck with all the data being in the PC and in Motorola-specific software.
Is there a way, no matter how tedious, to transfer all this data from the Motorola Phone Tools application to the Omnia?

Samsung has it own software like motorola. Once you have that software you can then copy all your stuff form motorola and paste them to samsung sofdtware then uploade them to your fone
