Last night I tried to retrieve my voicemail but my password didn't work. I share my verizon phone service with a friend of mine but the phone contract is in her name so I cant access the account to change or fix it to my original password. I called her to tell her what happened. She said that a lot of Verizon costumers passwords were compromised as of Oct 17,2009 and were reset by Verizon. She then told me to call my voicemail and punch in my phone number and that would fix it so that I can reset my password. I tried that but it didn't work.am I doing something wrong? Did Verizon really reset some passwords or do you thing she is trying to cover something up?
