HTC, the company that manufacturers the hardware for the G1 and the myTouch 3G makes a phone called the HTC Hero. T-Mobile markets this phone in Europe as the T-Mobile G2. As I understand it, they have released the it in the UK, The Netherlands and Germany to date.
My question is does T-Mobile have any plans to bring this phone, which would be a third Android platform for them, to the United States?

Tmobile has pubically said they have no plans to bring the hero to the US at this time.

Thanks mpapple! I appreciate the input. So if I want this phone in the US anytime soon, looks like I'll have to look at Sprint rather than T-Mobile.
I went into a Sprint store the other day and played with a "live" (fully connected, web, mail, etc.) HTC Hero for about half an hour. It was a very nice phone and the screen features are much closer to an iphone than the G1 in terms of usability.
