I want to change IMEI code on the vehicle 6500s, possibly?

Simply I very want to know, it is possible to change IMEI code on my vehicle and as it possibly. I tried through NSS but there, as they say, needed RPL which at nemya is not present, tried through Phoenix does not turn out also, although turned out to sew (upgrade SOFTWARE) on a vehicle and whip off a life timer. If anybody anything knows help me please.
