GD-900 need help - how to lengthen back light on keypad

Hi all

Eric here

just bought the wife the lg gd-900 phone and neither of us can find where to lengthen the amount of time that the backlight on the keypad stays on for.

at the moment its only on for about 1 to 2 seconds and its driving her batty.

any help would be appreciated
