My gprs icon is on my phone and I don't know how to get it off , It wont let me sent mulitmedia msg can someone help me

when i try to send a pic message a gprs active pops up on my screen and my msg is unable to send but I can send regular text messages Ive tried many different things that was posted on this forum but still no luck . I also talked to my proivider and they tried to help but no luck I cant download anything or connect to the net

its your data and MMS settings.as well ensure you have data provisioned at the provider end (turned on) and ensure ATT knows your IMEI (press *#06# and write down the IMEI) the number to call is 18003310500 from a land phone or different cel

once you have checked / amended all that send a pic to yourself as a check

I tried it and it did not work The phone is an old cellone and I need to program it to at@t so I can access the web

I contacted motorola and they gave me a web site motorola setup. com all I did was find my phone and put in my # and I got a text and before you knew it my problem was fixed thankyou for your help in this matter
