I signed up with t-mobile after being with verizon for over 6 years. Even though I was a referred customer t-mobile treated me like dirt. I purchased three defy phones on the 14th of the month they didn't get to me until the 17th however t-mobile is showing me start date as the 14th. Every since recieveing the phones they reboot themselves at least 6 to 7 times a day. The calls are dropped and the phone connect dail out most of the day. I called on several occassions to and spoke with everyone from customer service to corporate to the back room sales office to supervisor you name it. I decided that I was going to cancel the service and they forwaded me to Tech support instead who claims everything was fixed of course it wasn't. Me and my wife decided to go with the HTC HD2 however they were $29.00. The young lady said due to all the trouble she would way the $29.00 for the phones and ship them out. The day they were to ship I contacted the department and was told that they didn't ship and I needed to pay the $29.00 the young lady didn't have the authority to waive the charges. I then paid the charges and the phones were to ship out. Well when I checked the order it was canceled. I contacted them and was told that I needed a validation. I conducted the validation and they said the phones would ship Monday but I had to pay the $29.00 for each phone again because they canceled the order. They took the funds from the account and I have proof of the withdrawl. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she told me that she understands but that's too bad and I will have to either pay or wait for 72 hours for my account to be credited back. To sum everything up I have F'd up phones, F'd up service and the worst customer service I've every dealt with in my life. I tried to contact corporate but you have to write them and they will call back. I want to see how they act when I throw the phones in the garbage, tear up their bill and sue them come Monday morning.

Hi,
I am feeling very cheated by t-mobile who I once adored. They wanted me to change my rate plan which would be more expensive inorder to recieve upgrades. I was told when I switched to the even more plus that I would be eligible for upgrades. Well now they said that they have a new price coming out for the even more plan which would not change what I pay now but I can't get the phone i want which is free on the website. I have the motorola cliq xt and am very unhappy with it. it takes 45 min to talk to anyone anymore and no one seems to be willing to help.

When you see so many post about bad experiences and only a very few even trying to contridict them you KNOW they stink. bad!
BELOW is just one of my stories with them. I've found bills not authorized.plan changes never agreed to. no or bad service until I upgraded my megabites (more money) terrible service areas (yeah, we are getting to that sometime in 2012) .I've tried the "service tickets" AND THEY NEVER WORK!. been told I'd get a call back by at least 6 different people, NEVER HAPPENS. on and on I could go.
Let's face it, almost none of the cell companies here in the USA are anything but greedy corporations and we mere customers are nothing but monthly bills to them.
Tmobile has been the WORST by far.and unfortunately I've been through most of the majors at this point. I've had so many issues with them it'd take a book to tell about them all. YES I read my contracts! YES I call and do what is asked! YES I am more than reasonable.they are crooks! If you work for them, or are a store owner/francisee who post here, who actually cares.I feel so sorry for you because the company is screwing us customers right out the door!
BE WARNED!! even if you call them to inform them you are going overseas they will still ROAMING CHARGE the living cr&$ out of you!! $300 + when I sent only 6 text messages while there?? AND I called BEFORE I went to discuss how to best use it!! So save you BS tmobile people, your company sucks!! (They actually told me I should have turned my phone off. Then "how can I text with it off" Well you should turn it off AND take the battery out or your data phone will "phone home" constantly. Between the "voice mail dumps" and the Android calling home every 2 hours I got ripped off big time!!!
The customer service centers are just numb to it.so forget it. They will only waste your time more. Write the legal dept. 12920 S.E. 38th Bellview, WA 98006. You can't even go to small claims because of their arbitration clause fine print. File complaints: FCC, State depts of Commerce, BBB Rip off report and post places like this.
It is so bad. hopefully our government will finally open our market to the European companies. Smart phones there are maybe, MAYBE $50 a month.and that's high. But TMobile is just plain ripping people off.
My service rip off contract is almost over.but even IF I pay the termination fee IF I try to keep my phone number they will STILL BILL ME UNTIL THE END! .and it's the law which they just ignore. Awful, terrible. the worst!
