DAO - Data Access Objects, used to connect to database and preform all types of operations with data stored in database. If you are experiencing problems with your DAO dll's, you might try to download this library from microsoft site and reinstall it. Just search for DAO 3.6 objet library.

hey there, what's up!
i tried searching for DAO 3.6, but all i got was soething about C++ and nothing to download. this probably sounds a bit dependant, well for me anyway cuz i've been asking waaaay too many questions about this. but anyway, what do i do know? i mean, i've tried to search for the thing in other sites, still no luck.
anyone know where i can find that thing? or can i even update something in my comp that will solve the whole thing?

Install all three programs available on the Samsung, including internet access and the error message will be gone. I tried it with the English version of internet access (on an English XP Pro version), don't know if language has any influence on this.

Okay everybody,.... this is how you fix it!!
1. search for and download the file DAO350.DLL from the net ( it should be 557 kb in size).
Copy it to the "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\DAO" directory.
2. go to your start button and use the Run... button. A small window will appear.
3. Type in:
regsvr32.exe "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\DAO\DAO350.DLL"
(or copy and paste it from this page)
4. click OK. You should get a message saying that the DAO350.DLL was registered successfully.
that's it! now try running the program again
Good luck

ok ppl., here's the thing. IF ur downloading that program from samsung.com, then the version ur downloading is kinda busted, that's why that stupid window keeps popping up.
Check out this link, it'll take u to another thread, go to page two, the second last post (posted by a great person who made life easier ) should have some links to another version of the program that is DOA/jet engine problem freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!
