what port are you running your bluetooth device on, what OS is your computer, does your 3650 have problems connecting to the bluetooth dongle or just the software, and try uninstalleing the nokia PC suite reboot your comp and then reinstalle it and manualy set up all your bluetooth settings, and remember not all bluetooth dongles will work with your computer or the nokia software, u may be able to get a driver to fix that problem if that happends

I still have not managed to use PC Suite. verytime i click on it it says i must connect the bluetooth evie with my phone. Its really nnoying bcos i cant use pc suite which has alot of things to offer i think. Anyway let me know that when i installed the modem software that came on the CD for the phne, it did not let me instal the bluetooth section. It would nly let me instal the IRDA, which i dont even have on my pc. Hope this is a bit more cler, aain thanks for any help , thanks!!

i had the same problem so i took my bluetooth dongal back! it must be to do with the software!
HI,
I had the same problems you had. I could send files back and forth through bluetooth but i couldn't get it to work with PC suite. I tried and tried but i couldn't get past the first PC suite screen were it tells you to connect your phone and click ok...i'd click on ok and nothing... The bluetooth adapter i was using was AMBICOM. DO NOT BUY IT. Go with the BELKIN F8T003. I just got it today and it works perfectly. I was able to do the things that i wasn't able to before mainly transfer an Mp3 to my phones memory card (which PC Suite automatically converts into a WAV file) and use them as ringtones. They aren't very loud but it's still fun to hear real music with real singing. Anyway if you have the 30 or 40 bucks to spare on another adapter try the belkin. You can find it on the website or go to a COMPUSA store if they have one where you live. Hope this helps you and everyone else who has had a problem with bluetooth and PC Suite.

hi
i bought my nokia 3650 and bought with it a bluetooth device. in the beggining i faced troubles making it to work then i reed more how to connect it and let the nokia 3650 connect to the pc. i noticed that its sooo easy to connect. the most important this is that ur bluetooth device ( what ever was it kind ) must have a support for SPP (Serial Port Profile)
and after this u can activate the spp and the nokia pc suit that came with the mobile will work perfectly... and also u can use the mobile as modem or fax. many options there and transfering ur pics and vedios.... u can buy any bluetooth device but the remeber that it must support SPP (Serial Port Profile)
