Whoo-hoo! First post ever!
Anyhoo.....a question for you all.
I am currently looking at two phones, the Nokia 3650 and the Sony Ericsson T610. They both sound awesome and are more than enough for what I need. I like how the Nokia one can shoot small movies and download streaming media, but I also like the 65K colour screen on the Sony one. I'm sure there are other advantages/disadvantages to each phone but those are the ones that come to mind.
I know the Nokia 3620/3660 is pretty much the same phone with traditional keypad and 65K colour screen but my carrier doesn't have it available
Sony one is $100 more than the Nokia one with my carrier so I dunno...
Opinions? Facts? Help? -------> all appreciated!

Pretty much the most features that are unique. Like the steaming video thing and video recorder on the Nokia one. But those kind of things aren't absolutely necessary and the 65K colour screen on the Sony phone is a lot better than 4096 colours....or does it even make that much difference?
I dunno...it's definitely one of those two phones...unless my provider gets the Nokia 3660 soon.

i have both phones, and personally, i like the Sony phone better (have T616, basically same as T610). I have the nokia too, but the button arrangement is crap. the arrow icon is also.... crap. but im tellin u, the features are NICE.... its just that the buttons are.......... yea
but the sony phone, i like its design, small and compact with a big screen. the nokia phone is BIG compared to sony. But there are pro's and con's. The camera on the 3650 is much better than the sony cam. nokia's comes with a 16 mb memory chip to load pictuers, ringtones, etc... and the video is kinda cool too.
On the nokia, its hard to change your wallpaper, a lot of menu's each time. the sony, its nice and simple. if u want features, go with the nokia. but if u want a phone easy to use, make calls, send pictures/texts, go on internet, id reccommend the sony. sony is limited in memory, but makes up for in design. im tellin u though, if nokia put better keys on the phone, id reccommend 3650 100%. (and if they made it smaller).
but it all matters on WHAT u want in a phone......

Yo there
I have the T610 and the girlfriend has the 3650. The Sony nukes it...
The screen on the 3650 sucks major. What is the point of having 16Mb of memory if you can't see any of the video or pics you have stored cause the screen quality is so bad?
Haydo...

That's the kind of help I like to see!
I'm starting to lean towards the Sony one, but I guess I won't lose out too much if I decide on the Nokia phone.
Awesome guys thanks!

The T610 and N3650 are way too outdated. If you are in the market for a good phone, check out the Z600/T630 or N3660. In my opinion, the N3660 is an excellent phone since it has all the features of the N3650 but has a quality 65K color screen.

And Nokia fellas dropped that circular keypad totally, so the 3660 will have keys on where you would expect them to be.

For Features amd quality go 3650
For style and design go T610
But remember! You cannot compare a Symbian OS phone with a normal one.
