Infrared file transfer on z200

I just bought a z200, when I try to send files, jpg or any other types, to it, an error message prompts out,
File xxx was not sent because an error occurred while Wireless Link was sending file data to the other machine. Access is denied.
I use my laptop XP Home installed, and it can easily establish connection with z200.
I wonder if any special settings should be taken before file transfer?

Please ensure that the module in your laptop and the IrDA window in your phone are in a straight line.

What software are you using ?

Some people try to use Windows XP wireless link software, this rarely works in my experence (unless sending files to another laptop)

Ive never used a SE with IR before check to see if their is any software you can use for transfering files to your phone, you are more likly to have more luck with that.

Had the same problem with my N7250 and was solved by using Nokia Pc Suite

Just had a look around SE's website and came across another possible way to fix your problem, look at this page Having problem to transfer images from phone to PC the list of phones this problem applys to doesnt include your phone, but it may not of been reported to of been a problem on your phone, so its worth a try.

after searching on web, still cannot find a good utility which can send pictures & ringtones to my phone via infrared, do you have any recommended?

There seem to a few problems regarding wireless transfer when using the Z200. Hopeflly, these should be ironed out in the next firmware release.
