Can anybody tell me how to remove an unsupported file from a Samsung D500? When i try to play the file the error message is "Not supported content".
When I click on options and click delete the error message is "Not available".
Please any help with this would be appreciated. I have posted on another topic but no replies.

I found I had to delete all of the other files in the folder before it would let me delete the 'wrong' one.

Just wanted to say thanks. I just got a new SGH e635. I finaly was able to get my tones on the phone by using tagtag.com. Also to clip my mp3s and save as wav I use Goldwave. The problem I am having is the volume is to low. I have only tried one upload so I may get it by playing around some more but any hints let me know.

My E760 support all file type
I use an MP3 as ringtone. I never have to buy a crappy realtone for two of more euros.
With my E700 i've used mmf files.
