Hi Guys!
My question is:
Can I use the UBS data cable to download and upload my own Ringtones and wallpaper from my PC to my Samsung SGH-E715 cell phone? My Samsung SGH-E715 is not in any services at all (No T-Mobile or Cingular etc..). I want to make sure it before I am going to buy a UBS data cable for my Samsung SGH-E715 and if it work then what is the software's name I have to buy for upload or download my ringtones and wallpapers? Thank you very much for your help?

You can buy either a serial cable PCB093LBE or an USB cable that is compatible to the following models:

E105 / E315 / E316 / E317 / E715 / S307 / V205 / V206-P107 / X105 / X426-X427 / D415 / X475

I recommend you go for the serial cable to save you some headache later on.

As for the software, you can get it from Samsung. It is called PC Studio PIMS. Check the following link:

I'm having the same problems, how do you get the file to appear in the my content folder or another folder that holds ringtones.

does anyone know how to get a .mmf file onto the SGH-t209? without using WAP or a cable? like by using texting? if anyone could tell me that would be soooooooo awesome
