hiya...i need a password to unlock a Samsung A800. i'm not sure what kinda password it's asking for, if u know can u please help me

The Samsung A800 code doesnt work. Im tryin to go from virgin mobile to 02. Its ethier the code or im just doing it wrong. Could some one plz help me. ?????????????????

I have a samsung A800 on orage and I have tried entering the codes when it says no sim and it doesnt work as when i put the o2 sim in it says network lock
I have also tried putting in the code when it says enter password but it will not enter the * or # and therefore it says password too short!
I cant win and i need o2 fast!
Someone pls help me!!!!
