Hi Chris , I use an audioeditor (sound forge) to manipulate the file.
from MP3 > Wave file > edited to make seamless loop > Re-sampled to
8,000hz > change to Mono (if its a stereo file) > save as Wave file
(8,000hz, Mono) > convert to .MMF file (program called "WSC-MA2" or
tools found here http://smaf-yamaha.com/tools/index.html )
My A-950 has a Micro-SD card, so I transferred the file to the card, but it does not show up on the phone. Anyone have a clue why?
This is where I'm at as well: all conversions seemed to go well, but I don't know how to find the file on the memory card when I put it back in the phone. Any help APPRECIATED!
