This is for all of you who love to use your camera phones, or don't have a reason to use it... yet. It'll be like Truth or Dare but without the truths. 
Whoever takes a picture of the Dare gets to make up the next one... nothing "too" graphic of course....
First dare:
Take a picture of your hand submerged underwater in a toilet.
