Numerous individuals have complained of the same thing - being charged for minutes they didn't use - being charged for roaming when they were not in a roaming area - and finding extra charges on their bill for selections they did not request. Verizon has gotten themselves in a lot of trouble with a lot of people. I hope they clean up their act - or everyone will be switching to other providers, and Verizon will find themselves with no customers. |
Does anyone have any more info on this class action. If it isn't accurate, I am thinking of bringing one. Have made some interesting discoveries about their billing system.

I'm not a verizon Customer care agent, but it's definitely 1 minute billing with all providers here.

Its 1 minute billing...and VerGar... care to post your "discoveries". ?
Ill correct you on everyone...there are NO hidden charges on your bill. And i would be glad to help you out with understanding it.
and P.S: Verizon Wireless has no class action suit dealing with billing.
perhaps you have mistaken that with Verizon...a landline company.

You obviously put no thought into your post and just start this childish rant over nothing at all. Yeah, you get charged minutes for calling your voicemail, duh. You are wrong also about being charged for minutes on calls that don't connect. You get charged if either a.) the call connects or b.) you let the line ring for longer than x number of seconds (possibly 45 I'm uncertain.)
If you're so upset how about you call *611 so they can explain to you you're a childish loudmouth and save me from having to do it instead?
Move on.

from my experiance with verizon i havent been charged for any minutes i havent used, its a Standerd that every company rounds there minutes to the next highest minute so you dont have a phone bill were uve used 400.89 minutes. as for voice mail, use your homephone to check it if your so worried about it. and the only company i know of that doesnt charge you for incoming calls is Nextel and there service SUCKS for the everyday consumer. there bussniess is revolved around corp. companys so thats where there service zones are.... /rant off
