Well, I have no idea about all the phones that are being metioned, however, when me and a group of school friends went up snowboarding, we found a snow just laying next to a tree... We of course tried to use it, but uh.... it was locked. I sat around trying to crack the code for about 2 minutes, then got it with the code:
2-5-8-0
Now, at a first thought that looks like a weird combination, but the numbers are those that go straight down the center of the phone

i was getin all mad cuz i forgot my password 2 un lock my phone and some one said it was the last 4 digits of ur phone number and it worked so thanx alot

Hi
Yesterday I just bought my cell phone , LG 1300i from Fido. The problem is that they never told me about the PIN code so when i need it i didnt have it . I tried to use the 0000 and other things. The tird time an error message appeared and they were asking me to compose an emergency number. Were they asking me for my PUK code?
I tried many things and many times and i didnt worked.
Do u konw hwat was that message?
