OK, I've just tried to watch "My Boss's Daughter"... but it's by far the worst movie ever... I've only managed to see half of the movie... and I will never ever watch more of it... should this movie be funny? I'm getting angry by watching it, half of the cast (and/or their characters) should get walloped. It's all too stupid.

And what's the worst movie you've ever seen? icon_biggrin.gif

Kill Bill and Ken Park. Have no friggin meaning, only meant to be brutal and "shocking". And anything that has Dolph Lundgren, Michael Dudikoff and such @$%@& in it (not to fogret Steven Seagal).

With Kill Bill I've to disagree. The movie is great art... and you're too young to watch it icon_biggrin.gif

Ken Park I haven't seen it yet.

With the rest I've to agree icon_biggrin.gif excepting one Dolph Lundgren film, that is in my opinion actually good, not so stupid like most of his films.

Kul, could you tell me a phylosophical meaning of Kill Bill? EG: Solaris (nope, not the americanized version with all the USS and other disgusting shit, but the original Tarkovsky film (or read the book from Stanislaw Lem?)) has a meaning about the importance of one's illusions to oneself etc.

I'm your father, Luke! icon_biggrin.gif

Well, I can't. But I'm very impressed by the fighting-sequences Quentin made. They are gorgeus.

And no, I haven't seen Solaris (none of them). I like good movies, but some are too superior icon_redface.gif

Well, not only that they move like zombies, the whole thing is so yank, over-adverted and basically has a story written by a hamster. 95 percent of films coming from Hollywood are like this, so I understand people who not only ask me if I'm bored of these films, but also bored in hating them! But nevertheless, Hollywood really is one of the modern world's wonders as the biggest and most effective propaganda machine for the US icon_mad.gif
Let me make a couple of things clear: I don't hate american people...

So, whenever possible I prefer European, and other non-american films, which start to transform into Hollywood, which is very sad (but is basically due to globalization or americanisation if we would like to be more exact) but still most of them are better.
