I did a master reset on the phone since I had bought the phone off another person. However, in doing so, I lost all default themes, games, animated pictures among other multimedia. I checked the sony ericsson website but did not find any default multimedia there. Is there somewhere where I might be able to download these default multimedia features?

It should be still there. I don't think you can delete the defaults....

I did a master reset and lost some games and multimedia, too. But, my themes and animated pics are still in my phone. How can I get the default multimedia back??

for a start your more likely to get somewhere if your not rude m8, u havnt lost the default multimedia you hav lost the network default multimedia which comes on certain networks, and if you read the thread 12.5second trick which i wrote you wil find out a lot more about how default media is removed and wot is not removed ok
