i have an SGH-C100 purchased in january after pressing *#9999# it gives me this code
01.65 AS
C10XXWG4
how do i know if this is the latest and how do i update it, i clicked on the 3 links ( of varying posted dates) and just got "page cannot be displayed"
it doesn't mention anything about this in the manual so how are you supposed to know about these things.
Any help for the newbie is greatly appreciated.

Don't update your phone if its not necessary. You'll messup youe c100.

probably sound advice, but when you update the bios on your pc or your video cards drivers it tells you wht the upgrade enhances or supports, where does it tell what an update of the firmware does.

Hi,
The phones are fine the way they are but with certain firmwares give better performance. Ex, I have V205 and I updated to V200, so now i have zoom capability as well as I have my native language on my phone.
That's how it goes

so in your case, it was worth to update but wher can i find out what wach firmware update conyains so i can decide if it's worth to update or not, thanks
