My friend purchased cell phone insurance when he got his t616 cause he was afraid it might get damaged or stolen. Well....it got damaged. It happened to get washed. Anyone ever gone through the process of claming a loss on the phone that can shed more light on it for him?

if the insurance package coverers someone running over their own phone, im sure it will cover washing it to 
We will need to let them know it was damaged, and there will be a 50$ deductible. but he should be OK

you need to call lockline insurance call your cingular store and get the number.

thanks for the help... he called them up and had a replacement within 12 hours of washing his other one

So did they replace the phone with the exact same phone, or a different refurb?
