It might be seen in the next Series60 phone after the N3650/3660 and N6600/6620.

I've seen on a site that maybe the SE P900 could have an update from 7 to 8, is it possible? A 6600 with a 512Mo SD, THE real dream!

I don't think so, Tim. icon_biggrin.gif

Symbian OS 8.0 is expected in autumn, phones with it in 2005.

And why do a update? You can easily sell new phones with the OS if the old phones aren't upgradeable icon_wink.gif

The P900 might have have the facility to upgrade to the Symbian 8.0 because of the brilliant online update service.

Replacing the entire os is not that easy. So its too early to predict whether fones will be able to upgrade the entire os or not.
