It is being released in the second quarter of 2004, no price has yet been confirmed.
Camera phones have actually outsold digital cameras this year and Sony Ericsson hopes to capitalize on the trend by releasing a new line of easy-to-use phones that take higher-quality pictures.
The K700 is sure to be a hot commodity when it comes out later this year, with its dual-front design: A 65,000-colour TFT display for phone features on one side, and a Sony camera-inspired design on the back. It takes after a successful model already out in Japan.
The triple-band GSM/GPRS phone includes 32MB Memory Stick and Sony Ericsson’s QuickShare feature, which allows you to send optimized images to other phones with a couple of clicks. Because the memory is removable, users can easily unload their printable pictures to another device without relying on email messaging. The camera phone also includes FM radio, MP3 capabilities, a powerful new Java 3D gaming engine, a “photo light”, video capture and a fun compose-your-own-ringtone program.
The back of the phone does look like the back of there digital cameras, this is no coincedence. Endorsing the name "Dual Fronted"

According to most sources, the first batch will be shipped out in the last week of May. The unsubsidized version will cost around 400-420Euros.
